We take payment via Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via this method) or bank transfer.

Check-In:  2.30pm         Check-Out:  10.30am

Please note:  it is the responsibility of the guest staying to make contact via mobile or email (as per our Contact Us page) within 24 hrs of your arrival date in order to arrange access to the property.

Parking:  Off street parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars, and there is plenty of kerb side parking directly out front.  Please note that the driveway is shared with the neighbour, please do not block the driveway.

Pets:  the property is fully fenced, pets are welcome at the discretion of management, but must remain outdoors.

Cancellation Policy:

Booking deposit of minimum $150 is non-refundable at any time after payment has been made.  At the discretion of the management the deposit may be used as a credit toward another stay if booked within 6 months of the requested cancellation.

Refunds for balance of stay are only refunded in you have cancelled in writing 14 days prior to your booked arrival date.
